This is a really great tip to help you drink more water. Substitute alcoholic drink or sodas on a night out with a glass of water. In addition to helping you stay hydrated, drinking water is much healthier for your body and you will save yourself from headaches in the next morning. If you find ordering water instead of other beverages difficult when going out with friends, make sure two hours before you go home you drink plenty of water to prevent being dehydrated in the morning.
